WHAT IS STREETLIFTING?

Athletes perform four core exercises (Muscle up, Pull/chin up, Dips and Squat) each with up to three attempts, aiming to achieve the highest possible 1RM in each movement. These lifts are then combined to create a total score, which determines the athlete’s ranking within their weight class.
