WHAT IS STREETLIFTING NORDIC?
Streetlifting Nordic is the home of streetlifting in the nordic region. A competition that first took place in Stockholm, Sweden, on November 30, 2024. Organized by dedicated streetlifting enthusiasts in collaboration with the Swedish Calisthenics Federation, SthlmSthenics, and Swag. A competition that brings participants from across the Nordic region to battle whos the strongest within their weight class. The competition was established as a premier event dedicated to 1RM streetlifting. With regulations closely aligned with international standards, top-quality equipment, and experienced organizers, Streetlifting Nordic set out to earn and maintain its reputation as the biggest and best streetlifting competition in the Nordic region.


WHAT IS STREETLIFTING?
Streetlifting is calisthenics’ answer to traditional powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting. Athletes perform four core exercises (Muscle up, Pull/chin up, Dips and Squat) each with up to three attempts, aiming to achieve the highest possible 1RM in each movement. These lifts are then combined to create a total score, which determines the athlete’s ranking within their weight class.

Female -52, -57, -63, -70 & +70 (-77 & 77+)
Male -66, -73, -80, -87, -94, -101 & +101
